Inquiries and accounts
We may record contact, business, project, source, language, consent, authentication, and invitation data to respond, protect access, and manage the relationship.
Payments and billing
Stripe processes card payments and may retain customer, payment-method, invoice, receipt, and subscription information. Isla Digital does not store full card numbers or security codes.
Onboarding and files
The portal may record operational information and approved files needed to provide the service. We do not request third-party credentials or unnecessary tax identifiers through ordinary forms.
Email, CRM, and automation
Transactional email and CRM or automation transfers will be documented once providers, domains, destinations, retention, and rights procedures are confirmed.
